[Whitelist/Blacklist]

When logging in, the whitelist/blacklist is received from the server and compared with the list of apps installed on the device. In the case of the blacklist, the device logs out if the specified app is installed, and in the case of the whitelist, the device logs out if the app is not installed.
This function uses the QUARY_ALLPACKAGE permission.
